CASA DE RIDGELEY

An original Spanish house built in 1923. A classic in the historic Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles. In order to maintain the historic architectural integrity of this home, we brought back some of the original architecture in our design that previous owners had dismantled. Functionally, however, we modernized the house with an updated kitchen and bathrooms, including heated floors, heating towel racks, a steam shower, a sauna, and an outdoor shower. We took inspiration from the Balinese style to make the Casa De Ridgeley a Zen sanctuary in the middle of Los Angeles.
